Can I still buy Alert Command or ShorePower Command?
No. We no longer sell either product. This site remains available for existing customers who need documentation or support.
Where can I find the installation instructions?
The original Alert Command installation manual is available in our resource library. For ShorePower Command documentation, contact us with your model details.
I need help with my text alerts or subscription.
Send a support request and choose “Text alerts / subscription.” Include the email used for your purchase and a description of the issue. Pause, resume, billing, and activation requests are handled through support. Submitting the form does not automatically change your service.
Does ShorePower Command send text alerts?
No. ShorePower Command is the single-mode shore power monitoring system without text alerts. Alert Command is the cellular-capable model.
